SJB Institute of Technology (SJBIT) was started by Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust® which was established in the year 2001.

• SJBIT is recognized by few as "Center of Excellence for Training and Research in Automation Technologies" since it is in association with BOSCH REXORTH India Ltd which offers certification courses (Industrial Oriented Training Programs) in PLC, Sensorics, Drives and Controls, Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
• The institute is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and apparoved by All India Council for Technical Education AICTE and accredited by NAAC with ‘A’ Grade.

 SJB Institute of Technology is one of the very few colleges where the concept of HRD (Human Resource Development) has been implemented and proved successful.

• The HRD organizes technical and HR related lectures and seminars with the assistance of the core group from the respective industries.

Eligibility for MBA admission

• Aspirants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized University.
• A minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) in subjects altogether is required.
