BMS College of Engineering

BMS College of Engineering (BMSCE) was founded in the year 1946 by Bhusanayana Mukundadas Sreenivasaiah and is run by the B.M.S. Educational Trust.

• The college is accredited to AICTE, New Delhi; affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, Karnataka; and approved by Council of Architecture (COA), New Delhi.
• The college is accredited with NAAC ‘A’ grade from 2013 to 2018. Among all educational departments, 15 are recognized as Research Centers offering Ph.D./M.Sc (Engineering by Research) degrees in Science, Engineering, Architecture and Management.
• The College has been effectively practicing outcome-based education.

Eligibility for MBA admission 

• Candidates applying in the MBA course must have passed graduation with at least 50% marks in aggregate and 45% of marks in Q. E. in case of SC, ST and Category – I ( only for Karnataka Candidates).
• Students appearing for final year examination of their Bachelor’s program may also apply for the MBA program.
• Candidates who have possessed valid KMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ PGCET scores are eligible for admission.

The college is located in Basavanagudi, an upcoming residential and cultural area in Bangalore. This is one of the oldest areas in Bangalore and can be easily accessed via road, rail and air.
