What All Should I Know Before Applying to the PGCET Entrance Exam for MBA?

Application Process for PGCET Exam

Step 1- Registration

  • The students who have qualified their graduation in any stream with 50 % aggregate from recognised university are eligible to apply for PGCET Exam
  • The students have to register themselves online for PGCET exam through the official website

Step 2: Filling of Application

  • The students have fill in all details in the online application carefully without any mistakes
  • The students are required to upload their details like Marks Cards, Passport Photos, address proofs etc

Step 3: Fee Payment

  • The students have to pay the required application fees through online using Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking
  • Once the application fees is paid the students will receive unique username and password on their registered email id and registered mobile numbers

Step 4: Hall Ticket Download

  • The students will receive their hall tickets on their registered email ids and registered mobile numbers
  • The students have to download their hall tickets by logging in with their unique user’s name and password

Step 5: Exam Day

  • The aspirants are required to give the PGCET exam through Pen & Paper (Offline) at the designated exam centres
  • The aspirants are required to attend the PGCET exam at the designated exam centres mentioned on their Hall Tickets 

Step 6: Answer Keys and Result Day

  • The KEA announces the answer keys and the students can compare their answers with the official answer keys released by KEA
  • The students who have qualified the PGCET exam will receive their PGCET test scores on their registered email Ids and mobile numbers
  • With the PGCET test scores the students are required to attend the counselling sessions and choose the college according to their ranking

Eligibility for PGCET Exam

The aspiring students who have completed their degree in any stream with 50% aggregate marks from the recognised university are eligible to apply for the PGCET exam.  The candidates who are in the final year of bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply to the PGCET exam.

Age Limit and No of Attempts for PGCET Exam

The students appearing for PGCET Exam should have completed minimum 21 years of age at the time of admissions. There is No Upper Age limit for the PGCET Exam and there is No restriction on the number of attempts for the PGCET exam.

Question Paper Pattern for PGCET Exam

The PGCET Exam is conducted in Paper and Pen Mode (Offline). The exam consists of 100 MCQs and the duration of the exam is 3-hours or 180 minutes.
